Whatever your difficulties are and whatever you are struggling with, we can work together to explore and connect with your emotions. Feeling heard and understood often brings with it relief, validation and empowerment.

What to expect

Sessions are 50 minutes in length and are available both in-person and remotely on zoom.

I offer short-term work, which is often 6-12 sessions, or open-ended work depending on your preference and needs.
