Fourteen years of listening, working with you at your pace

I'm a counsellor and psychotherapist, and a BACP Accredited member. For 14 years I worked in the NHS, in talking therapies, with thousands of clients across a wide range of difficulties, from anxiety and depression to trauma, loss and the many ways life can leave us feeling stuck.

That experience taught me that no two people arrive the same way, and that no single method suits everyone. My approach is integrative. I draw on a range of therapeutic models and adapt to what helps you, whether that's making sense of the past, finding practical ways to manage how you feel now, or simply having time to think out loud with someone who is listening.

In the NHS, therapy is often time-limited. In private practice, I can offer you the choice of short-term or open-ended work, at a pace that suits you.
