Counselling for depression in West London

Depression isn't always sadness. For many people it feels like numbness, exhaustion or a distance from the things they used to care about. Therapy can help you make sense of it, and start to find your way back.

You might recognise this

  • Feeling low, flat or empty for weeks or months

  • Losing interest in things you used to enjoy

  • Low energy, and difficulty getting through the day

  • Harsh self-criticism or a sense of being a burden

  • Feeling stuck, with no sense of direction

How therapy can help

We'll talk about what you're experiencing, what may have led to it, and what's keeping you stuck. Having someone listen without judgement is often a first, important step.
