Trauma and loss counselling in West London
Difficult experiences and losses can stay with us long after they happen. Therapy offers a safe, unhurried space to talk about them in your own time.
You might recognise this
Painful memories or experiences that keep coming back
Feeling numb, on guard or easily startled
Grief that feels overwhelming, or that won't ease
Difficulty in relationships since something happened
A sense that you should be "over it" by now
How therapy can help
There's no set way to process trauma or grief, and you decide how much to share and when. We'll go at your pace, working on what helps you feel safer and more able to cope.
How I work
I draw on a range of approaches and adapt to what you need. I've supported many clients through trauma and loss in my 14 years in NHS talking therapies.
A free telephone call
We talk through what brings you here and whether I am the right person to help. No pressure to continue.
What to expect
A first 50-minute session
In Chiswick or on Zoom. We begin to explore what you would like to work on and achieve.
Short-term or open-ended
Many people choose 6 to 12 sessions. Others prefer open-ended work. It is your choice, and we review as we go.
Free telephone consultation before booking in for your first session.
Please contact me so we can organise an obligation-free consultation on the telephone in order to discuss your reasons for seeking Counselling/Therapy.
