Anxiety therapy in West London

Anxiety can feel like living on high alert, with a mind that won't switch off and a body that won't settle. Therapy gives you a steady space to understand where it comes from and to find ways of living with it differently.

You might recognise this

  • Constant worry that's hard to control

  • Feeling tense, restless or on edge

  • Trouble sleeping, or waking in the night with racing thoughts

  • Avoiding situations because of how they make you feel

  • Physical symptoms such as a racing heart or tight chest (your GP can rule out other causes).

How therapy can help

We'll look at what triggers your anxiety, how it affects you, and what keeps it going. Depending on what suits you, we might work on practical tools for managing it, or explore its roots, or both.
